- Processing Time: 3-7 business days (order verification & preparation) 

- Shipping Time: 3-10 business days (transit to destination) 

 

 

Mainland China: 

- Standard delivery within 3-10 days 

 

 

International Orders: 

- Shipped via DHL Express 

- Tracking number emailed upon dispatch 

 

 

Shipping Costs: 

- APAC: Free for orders over $300 USD 

- US/Canada/EU/Other Regions: $10–15 USD for express shipping on orders over $300 USD

 

 

Customs & Duties: 

- Import fees may apply upon delivery. 

- Refusal to pay duties may result in customs destruction or return to sender. 

- If returned, shipping/customs fees will be deducted from your refund.
